    Privacy Notice

    This notice explains how Hurrey Inc. handles the email address you give when you join the Wiseman waitlist.

    Who we are

    Hurrey Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, United States, is the company responsible for your personal data. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act) that makes us the data fiduciary, and you are the data principal.

    What personal data we collect

    When you join the Wiseman waitlist we collect and store three things:

    • Your email address: so that we can tell you when the Wiseman beta is available.
    • The time you joined: a record of when you gave your consent.
    • The page you joined from: the page of this website where you filled in the form, for example the home page.

    We do not ask for your name, your phone number or anything else about you.

    When you submit the form, our server briefly reads your network (IP) address so that it can limit repeated submissions. It keeps that address in the server's memory for up to 10 minutes and then forgets it. It is not saved to the waitlist and it is not sent to the service that stores the list.

    This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our web host may keep standard technical logs of requests to the site, which can include IP addresses. Those logs are not part of the waitlist.

    Why we use it and on what basis

    We use your email address only to tell you when the Wiseman beta is available. We do not use it for anything else, we do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

    We do this because you agreed to it. You give your consent when you enter your email address and press the button to join, after reading the line under the form that says what the address is used for.

    Who we share it with

    We keep the waitlist in Google Sheets, a service run by Google. Google stores the list for us as a service provider. We do not share your email address with anyone else.

    Hurrey Inc. is a United States company, and the people who join the waitlist are in India and elsewhere. Google may store and process the list on servers outside India.

    How long we keep it

    • We keep your email address until we announce the Wiseman beta to the people on the waitlist, or the waitlist closes, whichever happens first. We then delete the list within 30 days.
    • Whatever happens, we delete your address no later than 12 months after you joined, unless we have asked you again and you have agreed to stay on the list.
    • If you withdraw your consent or ask us to erase your data, we delete your address, including from the Google Sheet, within 30 days.

    Your rights

    Under the DPDP Act you have these rights over your personal data:

    • Access: you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and what we do with it.
    • Correction: you can ask us to correct your personal data.
    • Erasure: you can ask us to delete your personal data.
    • Grievance redressal: you can raise a complaint with us and have it dealt with.
    • Nomination: you can nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to do so.

    To use any of these rights, email support@hurrey.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

    Children

    The waitlist is not for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has joined the waitlist, email support@hurrey.ai and we will delete the address.

    Complaints

    If you have a concern, please write first to our grievance officer, Vikash Kumar, at support@hurrey.ai or on +91 82104 03625. We will look into it and reply.

    If we have not resolved your complaint, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

    How we keep it secure

    These are the steps we take to protect the waitlist:

    • Connections to this website use HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted on its way to us.
    • Only the few people who need the waitlist can open it.
    • The credentials that let this website write to the list are kept on the server and are never sent to your browser.
    • The website checks what you submit before it stores it.

    No system is completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.

    Changes to this notice

    If we change this notice, we update the version number and the date at the top of this page.
